If we are not ready to endorse downs as
well as ups we cannot start anything and we cannot complain of feeling always
weak, bored or “tight”. Aliveness will come out of risking without guaranty;
strength will come out of standing up for our actions or reactions. THAT is
“loving ourselves”.
